Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing a secure and convenient experience for all our clients, that's why we are operating as a cash-free clinic! Enjoy the benefits of our streamlined electronic payment options, including credit/debit cards and mobile payments.
We allow rescheduling or cancellation up to 24h before your treatment to avoid loosing your deposit payment.
Please note, if an appointment is missed without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid in advance for future booking. This payment will be non-refundable in the event of another missed appointment without prior notice.
