We allow rescheduling or cancellation up to 24h before your treatment to avoid loosing your deposit payment.
Please note, if an appointment is missed without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid in advance for future booking. This payment will be non-refundable in the event of another missed appointment without prior notice.
